We're super excited to kick off 2017 - continuing our Glug Women Series, where our attention shifts to DATA.
Data is the hottest topic in town, but what is it? And why should you be interested?
Whether you're a data geek, kinda curious, or passionately skeptic, we're going to expose you to a lineup of super creative badass women leaders in DATA. Our rockstar speakers highlight their personal journey in business, and will include golden insights relating to the place and value data offers the creative community and audiences in TV, Media, New Tech & Non-Profit.

Viacom – Vincenza Pizzo
Vincenza Pizzo Digital leader in the entertainment industry with over 19 years of experience providing creative vision, strategy, and execution of innovative digital products for mobile apps, connected devices, and web for high profile Viacom media brands: MTV, Comedy Central, VH1, CMT, Spike, TV Land and Logo. She defines and executes the creative concepts for all major product development for the Viacom Entertainment Group brands. She also oversees the sites through multiple platforms including new content management systems, data migration and redesigns.
Viacom – Sarah Nix
Sarah Nix is an experienced Data Management professional with 20 years in the business. In her current role Sarah has created company-wide governance standards and guidelines to ensure accuracy of tier one metadata for all Viacom owned content that can run across all networks. While Director of Library Services at Viacom, Sarah ran a team of 38 individuals in three different states who were responsible for cataloging, circulation and curation of over 1.6 million assets, broadcast & multiplatform delivery for air and the distribution of $1 million in raw stock.
Alissa Crevier is a marketing and brand partnerships executive with a background in artist management, music and entertainment, and original content development. Her industry experience comes from a career at The Bowery Presents, PledgeMusic, and Spotify, where she served as both the Global Head of Original Content & Artist Marketing and the Director of Brand Partnerships in North America. Alissa is on the Advisory Board at Trinity College in Hartford, CT and at The Pablove Foundation in Los Angeles. She is the Global Head of Brand Partnerships at Littlstar, a premium distribution platform dedicated to showcasing the most immersive VR/360 content around the globe.
MindLeaps – Rebecca Davis
Rebecca, entrepreneur and choreographer, Rebecca Davis founded MindLeaps and led the organization to standardize a dance curriculum that teaches street children cognitive skills to prepare them for formal education. Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Rebecca was classically trained in the Russian Vaganova method of ballet while studying in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Krasnoyarsk, Russia. She is a two-time Fulbright scholar and summa cum laude graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. She holds a Masters of International Relations with a concentration in Peacekeeping from American Military University. In 2010, she was awarded the Carl Wilkens Fellowship from the Genocide Intervention Network.
