We're looking for our next super hire and want to find an all star Partnerships Manager...

This is an ace opportunity to join our rapidly growing Glug team as we take things to the next level. We are looking for an upcoming Partnerships Manager to help us deliver innovative events and content for some of the world’s most exciting lifestyle, product and tech brands, to one of the largest creative networks around.
 
This role looks after every aspect of our brand partnerships; from initial meetings to prospects and scoping, and dealing with the client day to day. Working hand-in-hand with our Partnerships Agency, you will be responsible for all contact with our brand partners.


 
Key attributes:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a great communicator (by written and verbal)
- Organised and an organiser
- Strong negotiator and the ability to close partnerships efficiently
- Understanding of how brands operate, when budgets are set, when business planning takes place and when to meet with them
- Passionate about building long-term brand relationships
- Skilled at planning and executing simultaneous projects and activities from multiple partners
- Experienced in working across different cultures, languages and timezones
- Results-oriented
- Able to effectively follow a P&L to balance costs vs income against a timeline
- Creative thinking to develop unique collaboration ideas for brand activation and solutions to client problems
