IDEO (pronounced “eye-dee-oh”) is an award-winning global design firm that takes a human-centered, design-based approach to helping organizations in the public and private sectors innovate and grow. We identify new ways to serve and support people by uncovering latent needs, behaviours, and desires. Will is the Industrial Design + Project Lead from IDEO's London Office and will guide us through what makes IDEO, IDEO.

David Bailey's design and creative background spans from being a key member of The Designers Republic during the nineties and noughties to setting up Kiosk – and in November 2013 David joined the BBC as Creative Director in UX&D overseeing the BBC's Global Experience Language (GEL), which involves maintaining and developing the look and feel of the corporation's entire online output.

Well, co-founder Liam Harrington will talk us through the incredible journey UNILAD have been undertaking in digital media since it was founded – and share the lessons, learnings and tips he's picked up on the way.

With dual backgrounds in performance and business innovation he's well placed to help others highlight within themselves the keys to amazing impact.

Zoë Quirk creates and produces communication strategies, stories and campaigns for brands from the largest multi-nationals to the smallest start-ups. Having spent the last five years at Pentagram as a strategist, producer and Associate Partner, she now runs This Because, a more-than-profit company that makes it easy and desirable to buy beautifully designed, ethically made products.
