Alan Mahon – Brewgooder
Alan is the founder of Brewgooder, a craft beer brand whose mission is to provide 1,000,000 people with clean drinking water by donating its profits to clean drinking water projects. Since its launch on World Water Day, March 22nd 2016, with its flagship style "Clean Water Lager" Brewgooder has sold over 150,000 cans and 40,000 pints of beer, gained a national listing in Asda and brought water to thousands of people across two communities in Malawi through the funding of two new well projects.

Richard Gill – Dentsu Aegis Network
Richard began his media career with Publicis in London before returning home to Edinburgh in 2011 to set up a digital marketing business.  In 2013 the opportunity arose to launch an Edinburgh office for iProspect, which he led through a period of significant growth until 2016 when he was promoted to Managing Partner for Dentsu Aegis Network.

John Hinton – Move On
John has worked as a Housing Officer and Community Worker and gained a postgraduate diploma in housing. He joined the Big Issue in Scotland where he set up and ran housing resettlement services in Edinburgh and Glasgow. John went on to manage the Big Issue in Scotland’s charity, developing and delivering a range of support services for people affected by homelessness. John was one of Move On’s founder Board members, who established the company in 1997. Since then, he has led Move On through twenty years of growth and development. John is a non-Executive Director of the Link Group (a large Registered Social Landlord (RSL)) and is currently the Vice Chair.
