Chaat and Chat:

Now then! When you think about food in Bradford, spicy scran is the first thing that springs to mind. At Glug Bradford we all love a cracking curry, but Bradford’s food and drink scene has so much more to offer than curry alone.

Join us at our inaugural Glug Bradford, where we have curated a fine a selection of speakers chatting about food, drink, creativity and Bradfordness.

To kick things off, meet at Bread and Roses where you can build your very own Samosa Chaat. Once you have lined your stomach, the chat (see what we did there) will continue two doors down at Assembly Bradford, where you can buy beer from The Triangle, do some serious Notworking™ and be treated to a fine selection of speakers.

Dan Logan | Eyes Brewing

We love it when Leeds folk move over to Bradford, in fact, we think more people should do it! We are delighted that EYES BREWING is doing just that! Soon to be brewing from the former Bradford Brewery HQ on Rawson Road, fans of Wheat Forward Beer, brewed in Bradford will be delighted to hear Director of EYES BREWING Dan Logan chat about EYES journey from cuckoo brewing to running their very own gaff. Dan has kindly taken a night off building work to come and chat about why Bradford will soon be EYES new home.

Keith Wildman | Record Cafe

Soon to be a whole 4 years old, the Record Cafe on North Parade has quickly become a staple destination for lovers of Ale, Records, and Ham. Always one to commission a cracking poster and bringing in ace guests to Bradford from far afield, Keith will be sharing insights of his Journey from PR to Landlord: From gigs and quizzes, to cleaning rotas, expect a no-holds barred lowdown on doing business with booze in Bradford.

Drew Millward

Drew has agreed to travel all the way from his quarry in the Aire Valley to come and chat about his craft. Creating custom hand drawn illustration for the modern world, Drew works the old-fashioned way, using pencils and pens. Having worked for a bunch of bands we have heard of, from Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, and The National, we can't wait to find out what Drew will be drawing next.

See you at the bar!
