We are all about shaking things up, inspiring each other, and sharing a passion for all things creativity.
Our launch event is focusing on Creating a Digital World. With some kick a** speakers who know a thing or two about creating something from nothing.

NADINE OEHMCKE, Business Development Manager, NDreams
With over 8yrs publishing experience in the games industry, Nadine has worked at Dovetail Games (including IPs like Microsoft Flight and Train Simulator) and was recognised as one of the 100 rising stars of the UK games industry in 2018. Now at award winning virtual reality games developer, nDreams – their latest title in development is Phantom: Covert Ops (which also won the E3 Critics Award 2019 for AR/VR Game!).
LIANA FRICKER, Founder, The Inspiration Space
Liana is a California-bred optimist with over 15 years of experience in community building and grassroots marketing. Alongside the University of Winchester Business School, The Inspiration Space gives business owners access to the content and peer-support needed during this technology-driven industrial revolution. In 2019 Liana launched a new business podcast, Taboo and Lemonade, where she and her co-hosts tackle taboo subjects across life and work with a fresh perspective and sense of humour.
JULES MORGAN, Development Director, Criterion Games
With 13+ years production experience in the gaming industry, Jules’ career began at award-winning news website, Guardian.co.uk. She actively pursued her love of video games joining Electronic Arts in Canada. Thereafter growing and sharing her expertise with studios including United Front Games, Radical Entertainment, and Eidos Montreal. In 2012 she co-founded the critically acclaimed, independent game studio Thunderbox Entertainment. Jules returned to EA in 2019, as a Development Director for Criterion Games, here in Guildford.

GRAHAM BUCKNELL, Motion Designer/3D Visualiser, Weasle Creative
With over 15 years experience in the creative industry, Graham is a Surrey and London Based Contractor/ Agency Partner that specialises in 2D/3D Motion Graphics, Visualisation and Retouching. Weasel Creative has had the pleasure of working with Coley Porter Bell, Pics CGI, MullenLowe Group, Bloom and Signal Noise to name a few. Graham’s specialities include Motion Graphics, Particle Simulations, Product Visualisation, Hard Surface Modelling, Texturing and Lighting.
KATE KILLICK, Senior Designer, Mojiworks
Kate started her first company at University, releasing a BAFTA-winning game published by Microsoft. She spent several years building up experience in the world of tech startups as a UX designer before rejoining the games industry as senior designer at Mojiworks, where she helps create games played by millions on next-gen chat platforms.
ISABEL ARJONA, Development Manager, EA Games
With a background in arts and traditional animation, Isabel got her first job working as a 2D inbetweener in a small studio in Madrid 14 years ago. Years later and starting fresh in London, she started working as a runner in a media agency and worked her way up to become a producer at Axis Animation in Scotland. Now a Development Manager at EA Games, Isabel works within the Ghost Games team and recently released, Need for Speed™Heat.
PETE WHITE, Creative Director, KYAN
As Kyan’s Creative Director, Pete leads the agency’s design and brand output across their range of digital products. As a hands-on creative and team leader, Pete is detail-oriented and ensures Kyan’s client work meets the refined standards that the agency is known for, whilst empowering the team to bring their own ideas to the table. Prior to Kyan, Pete has worked at AKQA and Stereo on global accounts such as Nike, MINI and Google.
